Contract Energy Saving Project Circuit Design and Prototype

We have an immediate need for someone skilled in electronic circuitry and prototyping. This is one of the last steps before wide spread testing and commercialization.

In more complete detail we are six years into this project. We have created a very efficient electrolysis device which is used with cars and trucks to reduce emissions, improve fuel efficiency and keep the engine much cleaner. We have been getting 10% to 20% greater fuel efficiency and sometimes much more. This device adds HHO (hydrogen and oxygen) to the air input of the vehicle. This is not an over unity device. This device increases the flame speed and causes the fuel to burn more completely which is the source of the fuel savings consistent with the NASA study of 1977. Where our device is better is that we have a patented catalyst and other techniques which make our electrolysis unit about twice as efficient as other similar type devices. The electrolysis device runs on the voltage from the car or truck about 12 to 13.5 volts dc and consumes water which is converted to hydrogen and oxygen. We are concerned about the following.
• The electrolysis unit being able to safely operate at subfreezing temperatures when the water in the water tank (the source of water for the electrolysis unit) is frozen. We will have an auxiliary 12 volt heating coil which will need to be activated during freezing conditions and the water temperature monitored so it will be safe for the unit to run and turn off when not needed.
• The electrolysis unit producing hydrogen and oxygen when the engine is not running (the electrolysis unit must be operated only when the hydrogen and oxygen is being consumed by the engine).
• Monitoring the water level in the water tank (the source of water for the electrolysis unit) so that there is an indication when the water level is low and needs to be refilled.

• We are also interested in pulsing the current to the electrolysis unit at a particular frequency and monitoring the total current going to the device which is typically about 40 amps but can occasionally be higher. Small adjustments will keep the current in a certain zone by automatically monitoring and adjusting the frequency.
