This is an opportunity for an individual to develop a thermal imaging product for our company with some noted deliverables below. The agreement would be as an independent contractor working to develop the project with our company with payment being 10% of net yearly of the product. As product is brought to market, additional financial opportunities could be brought to the table. The goal is to incentivize the contractor to help make this project a success on the design and build aspect so when it is brought to market, it is successful. Contractor would have to sign agreement which includes non-disclosures and intellectual property agreements before all information is disclosed on agreement.

- A Thermal Camera hardware device with integrated firmware.
- A Remote alert receiver module.
The exact nature of the module will be determined by a series of tests conducted by the Company at the system’s operation designated premises according to Contractor’s guidelines.
24 hours a day of operation, mix of camera operation hours and idle times; motion censored. Options to also be hardwire in an outlet.
The dimensions and weight of the device should as small as possible, will be determined by the components in use.
